Recovery Day 2019 is November 2nd: Inviting Lawyers, Law Students, and Judges

This article is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be used in place of professional advice, treatment, or care in any way. Lawyers, law students, judges, and other legal professionals in Massachusetts can find more on scheduling a Free & Confidential appointment with a licensed clinician here.

Our 7th Annual Recovery Day for the Legal Profession — a Free & Confidential event — is on November 2, 2019 in Boston.

We invite members of the legal profession who are recovering from addictions ranging from substances to compulsive behaviors to join us for a day of support and conversation. This year, we’ll gather at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown (275 Tremont Street in Boston) from 10 am to 3pm.

REGISTER HERE. You can also find a listing of our regular Free & Confidential Addiction Recovery Peer Support Group Meetings here, and join our recovery list-serv here.

Paths to recovery are rarely straightforward. Hear about what it was like for others in a wide range of positions in the legal profession and beyond as they struggled with addiction, what happened to make them seek help, and what it’s like for them now.

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Sober curious are welcome.
