The Social Law Library offers helpful resources for Massachusetts lawyers, and has shared a program discount for Mass LOMAP readers.

 

Program Discounts

Mass LOMAP readers are invited to attend any programs from Social Law Library through June for a steeply discounted price. Use the discount code LOMAP for $20 off any program. Most Social Law programs range between $35 – $50, and the Library offers free programming as well. All programs through June are online due to the pandemic.

What Do New Attorneys Need to Know to More Effectively Practice Law? At 4pm on Wednesday, March 31st, Social Law Library will host a panel of four experienced attorneys and a Superior Court judge, who will discuss strategies for success in civil litigation, criminal prosecution and defense, government practice, mediation preparation, and transactional law. You can also find our free on-demand 3-hour law practice workshop here.

Data Privacy and Security for Attorneys and Law Firms: At 4pm on Tuesday, March 2nd, the Library will host an expert panel on cybersecurity, of vital importance to nearly all practicing attorneys.

Balancing the Scales: A Film by Sharon Rowen: At 5pm on Tuesday, March 23rd, the Library will host a free film discussion event, offering an insightful look at the story of women lawyers in America.
