In this edition of Webinars for Busy Lawyers, Anne Brafford will show you where to shift your focus to feel better and work better- in 32 minutes.
How often do you experience stress without taking time to process it? Does it seem you have too much stress to even begin processing it? We often rush through our busy days on auto-pilot, forgetting to pay attention to the many small choices we make that can have a big impact our health, happiness, and success.
This webinar will give you practical, science-backed tips derived from positive psychology, organizational behavior, and neuroscience that can help you harness your attention to design better days every day.
