Know When to Make a Referral: Identifying Elder Law and Estate Planning Issues [MBLA + Mass NAELA Program]

Many of us are the only attorneys our families and friends know, so when they have any legal questions, they come to us. These questions can focus on issues ranging from criminal law to bankruptcy, and everything in between.

The goal of this program is not to teach attorneys how to become Elder Law and Estate Planning experts, but rather to teach attorneys who have other specialties to identify potential issues so they know when to make a referral to attorneys that specialize in Elder Law and Estate Planning.
