Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or depressed?  Are you having difficulty concentrating in class? Are you concerned about excess drinking, eating, or other unhealthy coping skills?  There is a growing body of research showing that law students have elevated levels of depression, stress, and anxiety that are unique to law students as compared to other graduate students.

You are not alone. There is support for you that you can access easily and confidentially. Dr. Tracey Meyers will be offering free counseling services for enrolled BC Law students beginning on March 23, 2021 for individual consultations. For now, all appointments will be conducted virtually via Zoom and are set up directly with Dr. Meyers through LCL, MA on a first-come, first serve basis.  Students can meet with Dr. Meyers for an individual 45-minute session to discuss emotional concerns, clarify goals and problem solve a specific concern, and come up with next steps to address key problems. Students who require ongoing supports or psychological counseling may be referred to other mental health services in the area.

Each 2nd & 4th Tuesday | 12:30-2pm

Students at BC Law can schedule a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL appointment with a licensed clinician from LCL MA online, during our monthly office hours.
