The COVID-19 pandemic sent a shockwave to lawyers, disrupting the normal routines of managing a law firm. Navigating the logistical, technological, and psychological challenges of working remotely adds to the already stressful nature of the practice of law, as the July 2019 report from the Supreme Judicial Court Steering Committee on Lawyer Well-Being underscored. To the long hours, precision, and heavy workload of the practice were added the stress of quickly integrating technology, the severe isolation of social distancing, secondary trauma, no boundary between work and a personal life, and financial pressures.

Join the Hampden County Bar Association and LCL | Mass LOMAP via Zoom for tips on managing your practice and the stress that accompanies it. This program will also give you the chance to talk about your situation. Attorneys are encouraged to ask questions and share their insights and ideas.
