The new Child Support Guidelines were effective as of October 4, 2021. The GNBA program, Crucial Child Support Guidelines Update, will provide an analysis of what has changed, why it changed and a deep dive into the issues and questions of implementation. The program features attorneys who were on the task force as well as the Honorable Elizabeth Teixeira. They will apprise you of the major changes, potential pitfalls and practice tips.
