How to Use Feedback for a More Successful Law Practice [Webinar]

More

June 21, 2017 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm

For all the noise in 2017, feedback is uniquely valuable both to give and receive. In our next edition of Webinars for Busy Lawyers, Anna Rappaport will give you the tools to leverage feedback more effectively as a lawyer – in 30 minutes or less.

This program will address how to both give and receive feedback in such a way as to enhance relationships and achieve excellence. Anna will cover the seven key factors for giving effective feedback, look at examples from three of the most challenging subjects for feedback (personal habits, legal analysis, and attitude) and offer tips for creating a firm culture that encourages both collegiality and constructive feedback. The second half will address how to ask for feedback in a meaningful way from your colleagues, staff and clients. Anna will offer recommendations for setting the stage, specific questions to ask and frameworks for analyzing, and possibly implementing, the feedback.

Our Webinars for Busy Lawyers are always FREE but spots are limited so register now!
