LCL MA Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Inc. will take place on Thursday, September 17, 2020.   The meeting will be an open meeting of the Board of Directors. Although this will be an open meeting, in the interests of public health, it will be convened in an online-only format.

In addition to conducting other relevant business, the Board of Directors will be electing its 2020-2021 officers and directors at the Annual Meeting.  If you would like to submit the name of a possible candidate for the Board of Directors, please provide the nominating committee with the name and a brief biography of your nominee within 10 days of this notice. The nominating committee can be reached via email to Tracy Ottina, Vice President of LCL, at tjotts65@icloud.com or email to Anna Levine, Executive Director, at anna@lclma.org.  The nominating committee will review and consider all proposals received by August 18, 2020.  No proposals will be accepted after that date and the Board will not entertain nominations from the floor of the Annual Meeting.
