We invite members of the Massachusetts legal profession to attend and observe our open meeting of the LCL Board of Directors on September 23, 2021, which will include elections of officers and directors for 2021-2022.
The Annual Meeting of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (Massachusetts) will take place on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 3:30pm. This is an open meeting of our Board of Directors, and will be convened in a hybrid in-person and online format. We invite guests to attend online.
In addition to conducting other relevant business at the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will be electing its 2021-2022 officers. If you would like to submit the name of a possible candidate for the Board of Directors, please provide the nominating committee with the name and a brief biography of the candidate by August 13. You can reach the nominating committee by email to Kevin Maynard, Vice President of LCL, at kmaynard@bulkley.com.
The nominating committee will review and consider all proposals received by August 13, 2021. No proposals will be accepted after that date and the Board will not entertain nominations from the floor of the Annual Meeting. We are particularly grateful to receive nominations of individuals in historically underrepresented and oppressed groups.
