New attorneys often face questions and pitfalls as they enter the practice of law. Thankfully, experienced practitioners have navigated these same waters and can provide insight into helpful practices, strategies, and approaches to better and more effectively represent clients.

A Superior Court judge and four experienced attorneys will discuss strategies for success in the following areas:

• Civil litigation;
• Criminal prosecution and defense;
• Government practice;
• Mediation preparation; and
• Transactional law.

This panel discussion is an opportunity for newer attorneys to ask questions of experienced, diverse practitioners regarding a wide range of issues faced in everyday practice. The program will give advocates practical tips and tools to better navigate the practice of law and to better represent their clients.
