Mental health issues are no strangers to the legal profession.  In fact, lawyers face mental health and substance abuse challenges at rates greater than the general population.This program will discuss the issues that arise with impaired colleagues.  We will hear from an experienced clinician about warning signs and steps to take when helping a person in distress. We will also examine the employment law and ethical implications for lawyers and their law firms.
