Thinking Beyond the Billable Hour, part of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Resilient Lawyer Series, takes a deep dive into fee structures that go beyond the traditional hourly model of billing and, instead, focuses on options for value billing and collections that are more aligned with clients’ needs and abilities. This will give an overview of alternative fee agreements and electronic payment processing.
