Join the Massachusetts SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys, and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts (and additional partners TBA) for a program addressing how bias and micro/macroaggressions impact our profession and its people. Panelists will discuss what it means to be an “upstander” in the context of the legal profession, and how to implement tools to be a successful upstander who minimizes bias and advocates for those being marginalized.
