New Lawyer Well-Being Toolkit for Bar Associations in Massachusetts Published by MBA & SJC Committee

A new toolkit for bar associations in Massachusetts has been published jointly by the Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

 

A convenient checklist is included with key action steps for bar associations to take to improve lawyer well-being in their communities. The new toolkit also provides overviews on lawyer well-being, the growing movement to improve it, and the importance of equity and inclusion.

 

Key resources include educational programming ideas, finding local speakers, educational materials, community event ideas, and bench-bar discussion best practices.
